1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), unless the context requires otherwise, the following expressions have the meanings given below:

"Inovista", "PAWRFL", "we", "us", or "our" means INOVISTA FZCO, a free-zone company established in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates the PAWRFL platform.

"Early Access" means registration of interest in the forthcoming PAWRFL service by submission of your email address through the Website.

"Service" means the PAWRFL pet longevity platform and related services, which are in development and not yet available.

"Website" means the PAWRFL website at www.pawrfl.com and any associated systems.

"you" or "your" means any person who accesses the Website or registers for Early Access.

1.2 Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to "including" mean "including without limitation". Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. About PAWRFL and the Website

2.1 PAWRFL is a pet longevity platform, operated by Inovista FZCO, that aims to help dogs live longer, healthier lives through personalised, science-informed plans.

2.2 The Website currently provides general information about the forthcoming Service and allows you to register for Early Access. The Service is not yet available. Registering your interest does not create any contract for services and does not guarantee that you will receive access to the Service.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To use the Website and register for Early Access, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and capable of forming a legally binding agreement. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

4. Early-Access Registration

4.1 By submitting your email address, you ask to join our Early-Access list. We may contact you about the launch of the Service and any Early-Access opportunities.

4.2 We are under no obligation to launch the Service, to provide access within any particular timeframe, or to provide access at all, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue the Website or the planned Service (in whole or in part) at any time without notice or liability.

5. No Offer; Forward-Looking Information

5.1 Information on the Website about the Service's features, partners, pricing, timing, and availability is provided for general information only. It is indicative, may change without notice, and does not constitute a binding offer, promise, or contract for services.

6. Not Veterinary or Medical Advice

6.1 Content on the Website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute veterinary, medical, nutritional, or other professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. Nothing on the Website is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace the judgement of a qualified professional.

6.2 Always consult a licensed veterinarian regarding the health, diet, and care of your pet. You are solely responsible for decisions you make concerning your pet.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 The Website and all of its content — including text, graphics, logos, the "PAWRFL" name and branding, images, layout, and design — are owned by or licensed to Inovista FZCO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7.2 You may access and view the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 You agree not to misuse the Website. In particular, you must not: (a) use the Website unlawfully or for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems; (c) introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (d) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website by automated means without our consent; or (e) interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the Website.

9.1 The Website may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, timely, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is accurate, complete, or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inovista FZCO and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website.

12. Indemnity

12.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inovista FZCO and its officers, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Website or your breach of these Terms.

13. Privacy and Data Protection

13.1 Our collection and use of personal data through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Our handling of personal data is carried out in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (the UAE Personal Data Protection Law).

14. Changes to These Terms

14.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

15.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre ("DIFC").

15.2 The DIFC Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

15.3 The language of these Terms and of any proceedings shall be English.

16. General Provisions

16.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Inovista FZCO in respect of your use of the Website and supersede all prior understandings.

16.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16.3 No Waiver. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right.

16.4 Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.
